Services
Every service here starts from the same place — what the hiring manager was actually seeing from your answers, not what you thought you were communicating.
Start with the Final Round Debrief. It identifies exactly where your explanation breaks down before anything else gets touched. If you already know where the problem is, the packages below address it directly.
Final Round Debrief
Most clients start here.
You record yourself walking through your last two to three roles — naturally, the way you’d explain your work in an interview. I watch it from the hiring manager’s seat and send back a Loom telling you exactly where your explanation stopped working and why.
No live session. No prep required. $150, credited toward any full package if you decide to move forward.
How to Choose the Right Package
If you’re ready to move into a full package, here’s how to choose:
- Your answers aren’t showing the hiring manager what you decided or what changed because of you → Interview Clarity Package
- Your résumé and LinkedIn show where you worked, not what you actually did there→ Career Materials Alignment Package
- Both are true and you need them addressed on the same foundation before a competitive application→ Complete Candidate Package
If you're not ready for a full package, the à la carte options below are available to book directly.
Interview Clarity Package
You’ve prepared. You’ve practiced. You’ve made it to final rounds more than once and still walked away without the offer. At some point the conclusion becomes obvious — more preparation isn’t the answer. Something specific is breaking down in how your experience reads to the hiring manager, and practice alone isn’t going to tell you what it is.
The Interview Clarity Package is built around that specific problem.
What you leave with
Three tested examples and a structure that holds up no matter what I ask.

Career Materials Alignment Package
A resume rewrite feels like the obvious fix. New wording, cleaner formatting, better bullets. The problem is that rewriting what you already have doesn’t change what the document is actually communicating — where you worked, not what you did there. Until the real work behind your experience is on the page, no amount of editing gets it there.
That’s what the Career Materials Alignment Package fixes.
What you leave with
A resume, LinkedIn, and bio built from what you actually did — and the logic to keep them that way yourself.

Complete Candidate Package
Most candidates treat their materials and their interview prep as two separate projects — fix the resume first, work on answers second. The problem is they end up telling two different stories. What a reviewer reads and what they hear in the room don’t match, and that gap is visible to the people making the decision.
The Complete Candidate Package addresses both on the same foundation.
What you leave with
Your materials and your interview answers built on the same foundation, at the same time.
If you need both your materials and your interview preparation addressed, this package saves you $100 and eliminates the additional time commitment of addressing them separately.
Investment
$1,350 — If you completed a Final Round Debrief, that $150 is credited toward this package at checkout.
Discounted pricing on all packages is available for college students and individuals unemployed for six months or longer. Eligibility verification is required. Contact me for additional details.

Interview Clarity Package
$800 — If you completed a Final Round Debrief, that $150 is credited toward this package at checkout.
This is for you if:
- The interview felt fine. The offer didn’t come.
- You know your experience. In the room, you can’t make it sound like you do.
- You’ve heard “strong candidate, not the right fit” more than once.
- You leave interviews not knowing whether it went well or not.
What this program is
The Interview Clarity Package is built around one problem: your answers describe what happened, but they don’t make it easy for a hiring manager to identify what you decided, what you specifically owned, or what changed because of your involvement. In competitive hiring, that gap is enough to lose the offer.
This is not practice-based preparation. You won’t rehearse answers until they sound smooth. You’ll build a small set of examples that are structurally clear — and test them under real pressure until they stand on their own.
How feedback works
After each session, I record a detailed Loom evaluation covering exactly what came through clearly, what didn’t, and what needs to change before the next session. Feedback is delivered this way so it’s organized, specific, and something you can rewatch and refer back to as many times as you need.
The four sessions
Session 1 — The Audit (60 minutes) You walk through your work history and explain your experience naturally. I listen for how clearly your decisions, your specific contributions, and the outcomes of your work come through. The post-session Loom delivers my full observations and initial recommendations.
Session 2 — The Build (60 minutes) The session opens by confirming three anchor stories — specific situations from your experience that you’ll use to answer a wide range of interview questions. Once confirmed, you answer four to six questions using anchor story one so you can see how the concept works in practice. I then introduce the answer structure framework. From there, the reuse experiment runs: you answer the same four to six questions again, with the same anchor story, now applying the structure. The post-session Loom delivers feedback on both the anchor stories and the reuse experiment.
Session 3 — The Pressure Test (60 minutes) Sustained follow-up questioning across anchor stories two and three — story one was tested in Session 2. Angles shift. Focus narrows. I find out whether your answers stay clear when I push in a direction you didn’t anticipate. The post-session Loom delivers feedback.
Session 4 — The Mock (60 minutes) Full interview simulation under real conditions. I operate as the hiring manager. The post-session Loom delivers the complete evaluation — what was clear, what wasn’t, and what I was still waiting to hear by the time you finished.
What you leave with
Three tested examples and a structure that holds up when the questions shift and the follow-ups come fast. You’ll know exactly what the hiring manager was seeing when your answers fell short — and what they’ll see when they don’t.
Career Materials Alignment
$650 — If you completed a Final Round Debrief, that $150 is credited toward this package at checkout.
This is for you if:
- You haven’t touched your resume in a while and you’re not confident it reflects where you actually are.
- You’ve applied to roles you were qualified for and didn’t hear back.
- Your LinkedIn feels like a placeholder.
- You’re preparing for a competitive application and want your materials to be airtight before you submit.
What this program is
Your résumé shows where you worked. It doesn’t show what you actually decided, what you specifically owned, or what changed because you were there.
That’s the problem this fixes. Nothing gets rewritten until we’ve confirmed what actually happened. The result is a résumé, LinkedIn About section, and professional bio that give a hiring manager a clear picture of your work — not a cleaned-up version of what you already had.
The seven-module video series delivered after the package is complete is what makes this stick long-term. It walks through every decision made in the rebuild so you understand the logic well enough to update your own materials independently when the role changes. That’s the part most resume rewrites skip entirely.
How the rebuild works
The first session extracts the real work behind your experience. The rebuild happens between sessions — you verify it, I lock it, and LinkedIn and bio are built from the same verified record. The second session walks through everything and locks the full bundle.
The two sessions
Session 1 — Impact Discovery (60 minutes) I work through your current résumé line by line, surfacing what actually happened behind each bullet — what decisions you made, what you were personally responsible for, and what was different because of your work. No rewriting happens here. Pure extraction only.
Between Sessions 1 and 2: I send a confirmation email covering everything captured in Session 1. You review it and mark any factual corrections using Word track changes or Google Docs suggestion mode, then confirm via email. I rebuild your résumé from scratch using only what was verified and send it to you. Once the résumé is locked, I build your LinkedIn About section and professional bio from the same verified record and send both. You review and send back any factual corrections by email.
Session 2 — Verification and Lock (60 minutes) The rebuilt résumé, LinkedIn About section, and bio are walked through line by line. Your job is to confirm factual accuracy — not whether it sounds good, but whether it’s true. Once confirmed, the full materials bundle is locked.
Post-package: The seven-module video series is delivered. It covers every decision made during the rebuild — how hiring relevance was evaluated, why certain experiences stayed or didn’t, what makes a claim strong or weak, and how to apply the same logic independently when you need to adapt your materials for a different role. The final module is a practical test: you apply the logic to a second job description on your own.
What you leave with
A resume, LinkedIn, and bio rebuilt from a verified account of your actual experience — not a cleaned-up version of what you already had. And the decision logic behind every rebuild choice, in a seven-module video series you keep — so you can update your own materials independently when the role changes.
Complete Candidate Package
$1,350 — If you completed a Final Round Debrief, that $150 is credited toward this package at checkout.
This is for you if:
- You’re preparing for a competitive application and both your materials and your interview answers need work.
- You’ve been out of the job market for a while and you’re not confident either reflects where you actually are.
- You want everything addressed at once so you’re not patching one thing while the other is still broken.
What this program is
Most candidates preparing for a competitive application treat their materials and their interview prep as two separate projects. They end up telling two different stories. This package fixes both at the same time so what a hiring manager reads and what they hear in the room are built on the same foundation.
How the program works
Session 1 captures the real work behind your experience. From there the materials rebuild happens asynchronously — you verify it, corrections get incorporated, LinkedIn and bio follow. The interview sessions run at the same time. By the end of the package both are done.
The five sessions
Session 1 — The Foundation (60 minutes) I work through your current résumé line by line to capture what actually happened behind each bullet — decisions made, ownership held, outcomes produced. Pure extraction only.
Between Sessions 1 and 2 — Materials track begins: I send a confirmation email covering everything captured in Session 1. You review it, mark any factual corrections using Word track changes or Google Docs suggestion mode, and confirm via email. I rebuild your résumé from scratch using only what was verified and send it to you. Once locked, I build your LinkedIn About section and professional bio from the same verified record and send both. You review and send back any factual corrections by email. This track runs in parallel with the interview sessions and completes before the package ends.
Session 2 — The Baseline (60 minutes) You walk through your work history and explain your experience naturally. I listen for how clearly your decisions, your specific contributions, and the outcomes of your work come through out loud. The post-session Loom delivers my full observations and initial recommendations.
Session 3 — The Build (60 minutes) Three anchor stories are confirmed. I introduce the answer structure framework. The reuse experiment runs: you answer four to six questions using anchor story one, then answer the same questions again with the structure applied. The post-session Loom delivers feedback on both the anchor stories and the reuse experiment.
Session 4 — The Pressure Test (60 minutes) Sustained follow-up questioning across anchor stories two and three — story one was tested in Session 3. Angles shift. Focus narrows. The post-session Loom delivers feedback.
Session 5 — The Mock (60 minutes) Full interview simulation under real conditions. I operate as the hiring manager. The post-session Loom delivers the complete evaluation — what was clear, what wasn’t, and what still needs work.
What you leave with
Your materials and your interview answers built on the same foundation. What a reviewer reads and what they hear in the room tell the same story.
